To ensure you receive an ongoing service, click on the Subscribe button below, The Subscription Fee is charged at £45 per month.

Please Note

In accordance with the UK Regulations, Clematis Home Care will now contact the client prior to the renewal being taken. This will give the client the ​opportunity to continue with the Help Line Service or opt out.

By opting out, the call operative telephone number will be removed from the Monitor Device. This means that if the user presses the SOS button, it will no longer ring out.
