We are seeking dedicated Care Support Workers to join our growing organisation. Our clients vary from middle aged people to the elderly. Whilst some require assistance with preparing food, others may require a little more assistance.
Our policy is that we only engage you with local clients, thus saving time and effort. Furthermore, we found from experience that there is no need to keep introducing you to new clients. It is quite common for clients to retain the services of a good, reliable carer.
We ensure service users are at the heart of care delivery, this means, respecting the clients wishes and preferences to enhance their wellbeing.
The ideal carers will work collaboratively with other colleagues to maximise opportunities for service users.
These are the rates that we pay our carers. Compared to other 'Care providers', we believe the rates are very fair and deserving.
