As alluded to, we focus on providing local home carers to our Clients, who vary in age. The primary role of the successful candidate will be to source new Clients, ascertain their personal requirements and then, to source carers within the local area.     

The Carers will require assistance in formulating a Carer/Client contract based on the personal requirements. Regular calls will be expected of the Recruiter to ensure that the carers schedule is being fulfilled and to mitigate against any resource constraints or to address questions or observations that the Client may have.

The Carers will require assistance in formulating a Carer/Client contract based on the personal requirements. Regular calls will be expected of the Recruiter to ensure that the carers schedule is being fulfilled and to mitigate against any resource constraints or to address questions or observations that the Client may have. 

Regular reporting to the Clematis Home Care team regarding the progress and projections is necessary. This assignment is fully remote but there is an expectation that, on very rare occasions, you will be asked to engage with the Client and Carer directly. This would only be asked should video conference calls or normal calls not be mutually satisfactory.    

As this is a contract assignment, we are very flexible with regard to your work availability. However, we must be considerate to the carers who could potentially be on shift work and/or the availability of the Clients.  

Qualifications and Experience

i) Previous experience in a sales role or as a call centre operative.
ii) Proficient in the use of Video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp etc. 
iii) Expected to be proficient in the use of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and other Office applications.  

Additional Requirements

i) An understanding of the Home Care Industry. 
ii) Familiarity of DBS checks and the processes involved.
iii) An understanding of Contract assignments.
iv) Right to work documentation
v) References for previous care work carried out during the past year.

Recruiter Commission

Based on a very realistic benchmark, Recruiters who engage with 40 clients within the first year are expected to receive ongoing commission payments amounting to over £42,000.
