Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.

2. How to Enter

To enter, simply enter your name, email address and telephone number referenced on the application.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on the 1st day of each month and closes 20 days later.  

4. Prize Details

The prize consists of a SOS Pendant with a RRP up to £199. The Pendant will also be configured to allow the winner access to the Clematis Home Care Help Line Service that will run for 30 days. All prizes are non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

5. Winner Selection

A winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the competition closing. Clematis Home Care’s decision is final.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via email and\or phone. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, Clematis Home Care reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Data Protection

Personal data provided during entry will be used solely for administering the competition in accordance with Clematis Home Care’s privacy practices. Data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Clematis Home Care may use their name and entry for reasonable promotional purposes, including social media and website features.

9. General Terms

Clematis Home Care reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances require it. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
