We focus on providing local home Carers to our Clients, who vary in age. The primary role of the successful candidate will be to source new Clients, ascertain their personal requirements and then to pass on this information to Clematis Home Care.
Regular calls with the Clematis Home Care team is necessary to ascertain the progress and projections.
This contract is fully remote. We are very flexible regarding your work availability.
As the assignment has no base salary, we credit the Sales Person with £50 with every client that is engaged in a monthly contract.
There is no limit to the number of Clients that you introduce. Furthermore, the contract allows you to work in parallel with your other jobs (if you wish).
i) Previous experience in a sales role or as a call centre operative.
ii) Proficient in the use of Video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp etc.
iii) Also expected to be proficient in the use of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and Office.
i) The candidate must be based in the UK.
ii) An understanding of the Home Care Industry.
iii) Familiarity of DBS checks and the processes involved.
iv) An understanding of Contract assignments.
v) Right to work (in the UK) documentation.
vi) References for previous work carried out during the past year.
